Upcoming hikes

***At this time we will not be leading any group hikes. Please check back as we hope once the Covid-19 virus has been contained we will all be able to go back to in person connections.
Please follow us on Facebook , Instagram and yes, TikTok for videos and support while we go through this strange time. We are also teaching live, online yoga classes. Here is that schedule. Also check out our YouTube channel for yoga and hiking videos.***

I've added some online classes on different topics like Fat Hiking 101.
Check them out here

Do you know who's land you're on? Click on the image to find out who the first people of your area were and what native people presently live in your area. Go learn about them and donate to any local indigenous communities near you as many have been hit very hard during this global pandemic. If you can, patronize Native owned businesses in your area.

HIke ratings:

I try my best to describe what you will expect on hikes. I will share terrain type, elevation gain and the expected speed we will be walking for each specific hike. This is for you to best choose what hikes you'll feel comfortable on. If you still have questions about a specific hike, please email me and I will be happy to give you any other information you may need. Below is a general key that I will use to rate hikes that may help you further.
*Note...even though I mention the pace I expect the hike to go, we always go as a group at the pace of the slowest hikers.
