Join Andrea for a practice to connect with your breath and release from your day, and start your week. These are prop supported poses that will be held for several minutes. The practice is done mostly on your back and belly, hands and knees, and seated. If any of these positions do not feel luxurious, variations will be offered. Make this practice your own, be with your breath. Practice ends with a systematic relaxation.
Class runs one hour.
