Body image coaching

As of October 2026 I am finishing up my course work and practicing my coaching skills. I'll be looking for a few folks to volunteer their time and have some free sessions with me. If you are interested in helping me out, contact me here.

The program that I am enrolled in is from the Institute for Body Image taught by Summer Innanen and Danni Adams (Anapoundcake).
I plan to start taking clients in November or December of 2026.
