Outdoor Yoga at the Audubon Community Nature Center

Tuesdays at 6:00 PM

Join us for a weekly outdoor yoga class in the beautiful surroundings of the Jamestown Audubon Nature Center. This all-levels class is open to everyone and offers a chance to connect with your body and nature in an accessible, affirming space.

Class Details:

Sliding scale pricing with free/no-cost spots available.
50% of proceeds go directly to support the Audubon.
This class will continue as long as the weather allows and we can meet outside.
Please note: There is no access to indoor bathrooms at the site.
Classes will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.

What to Bring:

A yoga mat
A large towel and any additional props you would like to use for your practice.
Water and bug spray are highly recommended.

This class can be gentle or spicy, depending on what feels good for you. Options will be offered throughout, and you're welcome to practice on the ground, from a bench, or wheelchair—whatever suits your body best.
