SUNDAY, AUGUST 21 at 11 AM
Jamestown Audubon Nature Center
We will hike for about 2 hours on mostly flat trails.
Have other group hikes felt intimidating to you? Are you afraid you won't be able to keep up and will be the slowest? Or, do you just want to take a easy paced hike with lots of chances to stop and take in your surroundings or take photos? None of those worries should matter here. Hike leader leads from the back of the group. Lots of stops and check ins.

Please follow us on Facebook , Instagram and yes, TikTok for videos and support while we go through this strange time. We are also teaching live, online yoga classes. Here is that schedule. Also check out our YouTube channel for yoga and hiking videos.***
There are some great online offerings that will continue, even after we are able to meet in person again.
I try my best to describe what you will expect on hikes. I will share terrain type, elevation gain and the expected speed we will be walking for each specific hike. This is for you to best choose what hikes you'll feel comfortable on. If you still have questions about a specific hike, please email me and I will be happy to give you any other information you may need.

Do you know who's land you're on? Click on the image to find out who the first people of your area were and what native people presently live in your area. Go learn about them and donate to any local indigenous communities near you as many have been hit very hard during this global pandemic. If you can, patronize Native owned businesses in your area.
