Summer Solstice Restorative yoga
Date: Sunday, June 21 Time: 8-9:15 PM Location: Sukanya Burman Dance, 106 E. 2nd St. Jamestown, NY Cost: $20 (please email if you need a reduced rate) A space to breathe, rest, calm your nervous system and find stillness on the longest day of the year. Gentle poses with chair and floor options. All bodies and abilities welcome. Come as you are. Location: YWCA Lake Lodge Time: 9-10 AM Tuesdays Cost: Pay what you can per class ($5-$20) with no cost spots available. 50% of proceeds will go to the YWCA of Jamestown. *Class can be done from a chair or a mat. Chairs and mats are provided. |

Starting June 16 Time: Tuesdays (weather permitting) 6-7 PM Location: Audubon Community Nature Center 1600 Riverside Rd. Jamestown, NY 14701 Cost: Pay what you can per class ($5-$20) with no cost spots available. 50% of proceeds will go to the Audubon. Join us for a weekly outdoor yoga class in the beautiful surroundings of the Jamestown Audubon Nature Center. This all-levels class is open to everyone and offers a chance to connect with your body and nature in an accessible, affirming space. |

- This class will continue as long as the weather allows and we can meet outside.
- Please note: There is no access to indoor bathrooms at the site.
- Classes will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.

- A large towel and any additional props you would like to use for your practice.
- Water and bug spray are highly recommended.
