This class will be held in person in Jamestown NY at the Audubon Nature Center for the summer. Please sign up for the Wednesday online class if you are not local. The class will be very similar. This class will resume sometime in October.

HATHA YOGA FOR EVERY BODY
$5 to $20 sliding scale (no cost spots available)
This is a Hatha yoga class ( asana or poses that are held for a few breaths) for every BODY! If you ever thought yoga wasn't for you, this is your class. If you ever felt uncomfortable in a yoga class, this class is for you. We will make yoga fit your body, not the other way around. This class will make yoga accessible no matter what fabulous body you have. Learn the use of props to connect body and mind. Beginning Yoga class focused on finding variations to suit every body. You'll discover ways to access poses you thought were not for you- and gain body confidence and skill while having fun in a relaxed and supportive environment. Class runs one hour and ends with systematic relaxation.

WEDNESDAY 7:30 PM eastern on Zoom RESTORATIVE YOGA $5 to $20 sliding scale (no cost spots available) This is a practice to connect with your breath and release from your day, and start your week. These are prop supported poses that will be held for several minutes. The practice is done mostly on your back and belly, hands and knees, and seated. If any of these positions do not feel luxurious, variations will be offered. Make this practice your own, be with your breath. Practice ends with a systematic relaxation. Class runs one hour. You will get a prop list when you sign up. |

CHAIR YOGA FOR BALANCE AND STRENGTH
$5 to $20 sliding scale (no cost spots available)
Chair yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Poses are done seated on the chair or the chair is used for support during standing and balance poses. This is perfect for people who have difficulty getting up from and down to the floor from a standing position or would love a seated practice.
Class runs one hour and ends with systematic relaxation.

CHAIR YOGA FOR BALANCE AND STRENGTH
$5 to $20 sliding scale (no cost spots available)

We will do seated (either in a chair, on an exercise ball or on the floor, your choice) and standing poses. There will be options to lie on the floor but that is not a requirement (it never is in any of our classes).
Class runs one hour and ends with systematic relaxation.

Andrea DiMaio (she/her/hers) is a yoga instructor with her 200 hour level teacher training through The Himalayan Institute of Buffalo and is currently enrolled in her 300 hour teacher training, The Path to Yoga, Justice and Equity with Dianne Bondy which she plans to complete in April of 2022. She is also a Yoga For All certified instructor and an Accessible Yoga Ambassador.
Andrea makes sure that all of her classes are accessible both physically and financially by offering sliding scale pricing. She truly welcomes all levels. If a pose doesn't work for you, she will find a variation that does, or an alternative pose that is similar. Andrea's classes are also trauma sensitive. She tries her best to create a brave space for folks of all genders, ethnicities, ages and abilities.
Andrea taught group classes at Samsara Yoga Center in Jamestown, New York and Snap Fitness in Warren, Pennsylvania. (before the Coronavirus shut down) and now offers all of her classes online. She plans to again teach some group classes outdoors once the weather in WNY permits that.
