Private Yoga instruction

If for any reason, a group yoga class doesn't feel like a good fit, I offer private instruction. I'll work with you to discover your goals and develop your own yoga practice. Maybe you would like to make the poses work better for your body or would like help cultivating your home practice. Maybe you're brand new to yoga and don't know where to begin. I'm happy to get you started or work with you long term. As a Yoga For All certified instructor and Accessible Yoga Ambassador, I can work with anybody and any-body.
At this time all sessions will be done online. One hour private lesson...$30-$60* One and a half hour private lesson...$45-$75* *Paying at the highest level you are able, allows me to subsidize lower rates and have private sessions be available to more folks. If these prices do not work for you at this time, I am happy to talk with you to find something that does work. |
