"Andrea’s classes are always a joy to be in. They are well structured and thought out, and I’m always sad when they end! She is fantastic about helping people modify poses to suit their needs. I never feel any stress or judgment AT ALL like I’ve sometimes felt with other instructors. She is so encouraging, caring, and fun."

"Your YouTube chair yoga videos have been of incredible help for me. I have lumbar spinal stenosis and it takes very little to set off spasms and/or sciatica. Standing for more than a few seconds is also difficult - I use a cane outside of home. So to be able to gradually build some flexibility again is huge. Thank you! I also appreciate your body-positive approach!!! You will see me again on Zoom!"

What people are saying about the course "Fat Hiking 101":
"Loved your enthusiasm and personality! woo Poop talk!"
"I felt like I was provided a lot of information and I now feel more comfortable making decisions on apparel and other supplies. It was nice to be around other women like me."
"Yes! I used to walk a lot. Not much hiking really. But as work has gotten more intense I walk very little and find myself thinking about being outside. No one ever talks about how to be a hiker or biker or anything like that when fat."
