"No Kneeling" Yoga - Wednesday 6 PM eastern
In this Hatha yoga class we will link our breath to movement in different asanas (poses) but we will never be kneeling. We also will take a look at each pose with knee health as a consideration. We will do seated (either in a chair, on an exercise ball or on the floor, your choice) and standing poses.
There will be options to lie on the floor but that is not a requirement (it never is in any of our classes).
Class runs one hour and ends with systematic relaxation.
