This is a Hatha yoga class for every BODY! If you ever thought yoga wasn't for you, this is your class. If you ever felt uncomfortable in a yoga class, this class is for you. We will make yoga fit your body, not the other way around. This class will make yoga accessible no matter what fabulous body you have. Learn the use of props to connect body and mind. Beginning Yoga class focused on finding variations to suit every body. You'll discover ways to access poses you thought were not for you- and gain body confidence and skill while having fun in a relaxed and supportive environment. Class runs one hour and ends with systematic relaxation.
